BALANAR BUILD!
I always playing with my classmates in playing DOTA, my favorite is balanar the night stalker because i think he is the greatest hero in the DOTA, i want to share that if i play with balanar they always say that -AR because they did not want to make me in a godlike, hehhehe!!!
If you want help in using balanar this is the items that you build:
1. SANGE AND YASHA - because it adds damage,and slows
2.POWER THREADS - because it adds attack speed and movespeed
3.ASSAULT CUIRASS - because of armor and attack speed
4.BATTLE FURY - because of damage, and reneration of HP AND MP
5.BASHER - because it can stun opponents and also add damages
6.MONKEY KING BAR - because of damage
items that good also:
RADIANCE - because of evation
Black king bar - to immune in magic

Er....You get Radiance because of evasion? 8% evasion is basicly nothing. IF you realy crave for evasion get butterfly, but I do not recomend it on Balanar.
You missed a few items that are good on Balanar - Satanic, Vladimir, Buriza, Desolator, Armlet of Morddigian, Eye of Skadi, Mjolnir, are all fairly good items on Balanar. And I also Disagree with Basher, you are better off geting Satanic than Basher, since lifesteal is always good, and you realy dont need that bash, you have silence and slow, and super-speed, why would you need the goddamn basher? SnY is a fair item on him, but sometimes you are better off geting some other item, and also in some situations, Boots of Travel prove as a better investment on Balanar.

Your first 3 items are good and viable for him.
Battle Fury? No. Void is most effective early so no need to spam it mid to late as its slow gets more potent and useful.
Basher is a so-so item. You can get it after you have AC or Hyperstone.
Monkey King Bar for a damage item? Desolator is way better. Even Armlet.
Radiance? Tempting but no. You can use the gold for so many better items.
On a high note, Black King Bar is great on him because disables make him cry. XD

going SnY wont do much.
getting AoM would be better. he doesnt need the slow.
since he has the max MS at night.
AC is not needed too. armor? for what? better get satanic. ^_^
Basher ? nah... he may have fast attack speed and may able to do bash successfully but like i say to others, why would you need to stop him if you could finish him fast?
O.o
so damage/stats items would do better.
radiance's evasion isnt that good. only his immolation is., ^_^

if you could farm well, go for buriza.

no regen (bf isn't enough. HoT maybe) and no lifesteal. no surviviability for your build. you should go for satanic as they said

sigh, no offence but just cuz u can play balanar isnt special...... why? ive gotten beyond godlike in 14 minutes on him...
and i think your build is a dream-on-4-hour-game build.
2x or 3x bracer
treads.
anything.
why do i say anything? because all you need on that hero is bracers and treads.... though i usually just get hearts for dmg and life... you have enough damage already.

balanar is a weak hero...he cannot help in 5v5 games..
he's just a small dracula that is keep on running at night...LOLz
when i start playing dota...i always get the early game heroes like LICH,BALANAR,Thinker...
but when i always play and watch dota...ive noticed that early game hero is no match for and early ganker but can handle end game..just like razor,mirana, and kardel....
balanar is no match for them...
especially in the mid game...WTF
Ive realized your build dude... try that build in kardel..you will see who is the better hero even if he dont need the Bfury...
LOLz...try to read some strategies in DS.com and some forums about balanar./..
