A farmed razor is a formidable match for any hero. I would suggest using rhasta, as he is a natural counter to just about every hero because of his shackles/hex disables which are a dps hero's bane. If you don't like rhasta then I would suggest Axe because of his anti-dps nature. Broodmother is always a nice option as her passive slow/miss ability completely ruins razor's steady dps and she is overall more powerful than razor.

for me, Sand King s one of the best counter for Raor.. first move impale and ultimate.. thats all.. just try..
